How it works
We clean every bin in your community on one day the board designates — the morning after collection, so the cans are empty. Your board picks the day and notices residents, so it’s one predictable, sanctioned bin day for the whole neighborhood.
That’s the difference between community-wide service and residents arranging it one house at a time. For a homeowner cleaning on their own, catching the cleaner means either leaving a can at the curb an extra day — the exact thing your covenants are usually written against — or paying to have it pulled from behind the gate. Community-wide, the board simply picks the day and everyone is handled at once. Twelve scattered exceptions become one uniform event you control.

What that means per home: a home with a single bin on the quarterly plan runs about $68 a year; on monthly, about $120. Your exact per-home number depends on your bin count — reply with it and I’ll do the math for your board (see below).
How it’s billed: on your community’s agreed bin count, set at signup and reviewed once a year. We clean whatever’s at the curb and fit the occasional special case as it comes up.

Most governing documents authorize community-wide services, but it’s worth confirming against your own declaration — every association is a little different. We’re glad to provide whatever documentation your board or attorney wants for the file.
Whose bins are these — and what if one gets damaged?
We handle every bin with care and carry full liability insurance — in the rare case we damage a bin, it’s covered.
What happens if you miss a scheduled day?
If equipment trouble ever keeps us from finishing on your cleaning day, we come back on your next collection day that week and finish — your bins are cleaned that week either way — and we keep your point of contact posted. Rain doesn’t stop us; we clean wet.
How do you count bins for billing?
On your community’s agreed roster count, set at signup and reviewed once a year — so your invoice is the same every cycle and easy to budget, rather than a number that changes every visit.
Is service day disruptive?
One truck, in and out. No street closures, and the rig captures its own water — no runoff on the pavement or into the storm drain.
